Library
The Westfield school library serve as a support system of the school dedicated to providing quality information resources, learner-centered programs, and services to teachers, learners, and stakeholders.
High School Library is open from 7:00AM to 5:00PM
Grade School Library is open from 8:00AM to 4:00PM

School Clinic
Westfield school clinics are dedicated spaces within the campuses that provide immediate and essential healthcare support to students and staff during school hours. They play a crucial role in promoting health, wellness, and safety, ensuring students are healthy enough to focus on their learning.
Key Services Provided:

First Aid and Urgent Care: Providing immediate treatment for minor injuries (cuts, scrapes, sprains) and sudden illnesses (headaches, stomachaches).

Medication Management: Administering prescribed oral and inhaled medications with parental consent and physician orders.

Health Assessments: Observing students for signs of communicable diseases (e.g., flu, COVID-19) and non-communicable health issues.

Health Screenings: Conducting routine screenings for vision, hearing, and dental for Grade School Students.

Health Education and Referrals: Offering guidance on hygiene, nutrition, and healthy habits, and referring students to community healthcare providers for care beyond the clinic's scope.
The school clinic is staffed by our School Physician, School Nurse or a trained health aide, serving as the primary health link between the student, the school, and their family physician.

Internet & Printing Services
School Wi-Fi services provide the essential, high-speed, and secure wireless internet backbone that powers modern education. It is a fundamental infrastructure service that ensures ubiquitous connectivity across the entire campus, transforming how students learn and teachers instruct.
Westfield also provide centralized printing services for students and staff to produce necessary paper materials, assignments, and curriculum resources. Request for printing can be done in the Administration Office.

Counseling & Mental Health
Confidential services providing emotional support, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and guidance for social-emotional challenges. Staffed by a licensed School Guidance Counselor.

Transportation Services
School transportation is managed through third-party providers to ensure safe and reliable transit for all students.
The school is currently inviting qualified and experienced third-party bus operators to apply to join this program for the 2026-2027 school year. This competitive application process ensures that only operators meeting the school's rigorous standards for safety, punctuality, and service quality are contracted to transport our students.

Storage Facilities
The school provides secure, designated Locker and Storage Facilities to all students. These individual lockers offer a private and convenient space for storing books, personal belongings, uniforms, and athletic gear, reducing the burden of carrying heavy materials throughout the school day.
Annual Fee: Php 500
Includes maintenance and locker key.
